Alex

Alex is the prankster of the group, he's fun loving and always has a smile on his face.  He's also the shortest and stockiest he's 5'10 and is built from all his time behind a drum kit.  He has chocolate eyes, dark brown hair and an olive complexion from his hispanic father.  He started playing drums around the age of 11 when his father took off leaving his mom with 3 kids and no support.  His grandfather started him on the drums to help with his aggression issues.  As the baby of the family he was left alone alot of the time, his mom worked 2 jobs to help support them and his older sisters were more concerned with their only jobs and boy friends than what he did.

He started getting in trouble around the age of 12 and had his first stint in juvie at the age of 13 for fighting and shoplifting.  At the age of 14 he met Xavier, Sam and Drake in high school, they hit it off and him and Xavier instantly began a close friendship.  Seth came a long a little later, though the 2 never really got along they all enjoyed playing in their band Busted Monkey.

Through out high school Alex continued getting into fights, and found alcohol and pot as well.  He and Xavier loved to go out partying, finding girls, and just causing trouble.  At the age of 16 he went back to juvie for a possession charge that was later pleaded down to just probation with community service.

When Drake left the band during their senior year he stayed and joined My Misery Muse with Xavier, Sam and Seth.  They played local clubs around Dallas and were later signed by a label and moved to L.A.

In L.A. Alex enjoyed the party scene, and continued on with it when on tour for their first album, by the second album he was having trouble making it to the studio on time.  After the second tour wrapped the guys decided to return to Dallas to record their third album in three years, and to take time to regroup.
